Mr. Miller was born April 6, 1911 in Wood County to Harley and Maude (Billingsly) Miller. He married Oletha Pearl Hottle on June 12, 1937, and she died Oct. 7, 1992. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Carl (Lana K.) Dickman, Fostoria; a son, Lamar H. of Fostoria; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lucille Winters, Lansing, Mich. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold and Russell. Mr. Miller was a retired Washington Township farmer. He was a member of Enon Valley Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, Findlay, the Rev. Tom Everett officiating. Burial will be in Knollcrest Gardens, east of Findlay. He was born April 17, 1913 in Shenandoah County, Virginia to John Edward and Della (Garrett) Ryman. He married Pauline Hottle in 1936, and they were divorced. He later married Mary Clark in 1948, and they were divorced. He then married Charlotte Black in 1964, and they were divorced. Surviving are three sons, Alan of Fostoria; Larry, in Indiana; Charles L. Jr., address unknown; a daughter, Jennifer Ryman, Clyde; five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two brothers, Frank, in Michigan; Harold of Old Fort; and two sisters, Mary Thallman, Bascom; and Connie Michael, Fremont. He was preceded in death by four sisters, Catherine Rausher, Beatrice Johnson, Ruth O'Melia and Carrie Fox. Mr. Ryman retired after working 35 years as an accountant at Marathon Oil Co., Findlay. He previously worked at the Black Swamp Credit Association from 1936-39. He also farmed. He was a 1930 graduate of Jackson Township Centralized High School and attended Tiffin Business University. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and was a former member of the Arcadia Conservation Club. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
