She was born Dec. 26, 1914 in Van Buren Township to Charley J. and Anna Elizabeth (Boehm) Rauch. She married Richard C. Wineland on Dec. 26, 1941, and he died Dec. 12, 1996. Surviving are three sons, Richard H.C. of Newark; Wayne E. of Toledo; and James H. of Findlay; a daughter, Louise A. Wineland, Jenera; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Harlow A. Rauch, Jenera; and Hubert G. Rauch, Arlington. She was preceded in death by a brother, Lauren F. Rauch. Mrs. Wineland was a homemaker. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Jenera, Eagle Creek Historical Organization, and Hoe & Hope Garden Club. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Philip Henning officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery, Van Buren Township. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Crates Funeral Home, Arlington. Memorials may be made to Apache Indian Mission through Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod.
