Lucille was born September 9, 1931 in Cass Twp., Hancock County, to the late Hurda C. and Laura J. (Karn) Huffman. She was preceded in death by a son: Nick Zellers; a brother: Dale Huffman; and a sister: Alyce Teats. She married John J. Altman April 20, 1968, he survives her. She is survived by a daughter: Connie Boren of Findlay; a son: Tony (Mickye) Zellers of Paradise, TX; a grandson: Ronald (Robyn) Hickerson of Tupelo, MS; granddaughters: Lacey (Greg) Cornette of Findlay; Carrie (Jeff) Barno; April (Bryan) Lawrence and Sarah (Theron) Turner all of Mesa, AZ. Great grandchildren: Kayla, Hannah and Garrett Cornette of Findlay; Samantha, Haley and Mackensie Barno, Cambria, Dakota, and Gage Lawrence of Mesa, AZ. Also survived by a stepdaughter: Phyllis (George) Shafer of Findlay; a stepson John J. (Bonnie) Altman Jr. of Bluffton. Five Step Granddaughters: Lori (Bryan) Miller of Jenera; Beth (Jim) Ferguson of Gahanna; Melissa (Jon) Ellerbrock of Bowling Green; Renae (Terry) George of Bluffton; Michele Bradenstern of FL and Eight Step great grandchildren. Lucille was a lifetime member of Arcadia United Methodist Church, she also attended Findlay Grace Brethren Church, a member of BVRHC Auxiliary, DAV Auxiliary, Former Daughters of Union Veterans, Descendants of the Mayflower, the Pythians Sisters, and a life long Democrat and proud of it. She had worked as a poll worker for 35 years. Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, August 6, 2006 at Routson Funeral Chapel, Findlay, OH, with Robert Culp officiating. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 7, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Routson Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery Findlay, OH.
